Maybe we all have been criticized by the people around us. Whatever we did, the criticist always ready to "sing" discordant sound. But than, they stood up on his feet after the rejection, I believe we know all their legendary names in their own fields.
Maybe today as a new employee or an entrepreneur, you got criticized badly. One thing I can write to you, "just keep struggling finding a chances". Trust God, that he has a great plan for your work. It's time to look criticism as someone encouragement so then we get spirited and explore our potential. From criticism, we can see our weakness that we may not realize yet. Criticism can also train us to have an excellent mentality. Don't forget, the greatest prominent figure among criticism and insults. This is Jesus who has been nailed because of us. He will be our mental trainer so we can use criticism as an encouragement to get our success. Criticism is a secret of success. Don't kill the voice just keep it for your own success. Be optimist.
